In this book, readers can explore 222 chess positions, miniature chess puzzles (with a maximum of 7 pieces), practical endgame scenarios, theoretical endgames, and endgame studies. The positions feature kings and queens (men and women). Alongside the chess experience, readers can also enjoy 100 humorous (chess-sex) cartoons. The cartoons are created by Petru Furculitá (1948–, Moldova), an artist and teacher who has earned diplomas and accolades at international cartoon festivals (e.g., in Germany, Bulgaria, Turkey, Romania, and more).
The book also contains 300 aphorisms and quotes about love and affection, as well as 400 jokes. Joke books often contain many "second-hand" (non-original, previously published) jokes. How can I avoid accusations of plagiarism? By placing quotation marks before the first joke and after the last one. In any case, as Wilson Mizner famously noted: “Plagiarism is what you steal from one book. Research is what you steal from many." I must apologize to the reader that even my own invented jokes are placed within quotation marks, but as Mária Ember rightly pointed out, "Anyone who collects jokes for a long time will eventually be unable to resist the temptation to create some of their own."
It is no coincidence that as early as 1885, J. Minckwitz published the book Humor in Schachspiel (Humor in Chess) in Leipzig, and many such books have followed since then.
